Fourth of July Fireworks at Torrance Beach, July 2008

We saw the show down at Torrance Beach last night. I brought along the Canon 20D and 17-55 f2.8 IS. I had some good luck with the pictures, the favorites are up here:

I was pleased with the results if only because there were a number of shots at very long exposures, handheld. I used Adobe Lightroom to process the pictures. As I become more familiar with it, I am more and more impressed.
